Since I have written a review about Gynexin it is only fair that i write one about Ultimate Gynemax.

Like Gynexin, Ultimate Gynemax is a natural supplement designed especially for man suffering from man boobs. If you have read my gynexin review you already know why i didn’t buy it. So when Ultimate Gynemax cam out i was interested to learn whether they have a good product or not and most of all if it could help me get rid of my man boobs once and for all.

Ok now that we have cleared the different possible causes for gynecomastia it’s time to get down to business.

Let’s talk about how to get rid of those nasty man boobs.

The problem with most of the gynecomastia treatment is that they are telling you that they can help you get rid of your man boobs but they don’t have a clue what type of gynecomastia you have which is a very important factor.  You probably don’t even know what type of gynecomastia your have.

So what are the different types of gynecomastia?

First let me warn you that there will be some medical terminology used here, so just hang with me and everything will become clear. There are actually two medically recognized types of gynecomastia.

Type 1: Gynecomastia / Gynaecomastia

This is the real thing. Gynecomastia is the development of abnormally large breast on men. The condition is not physically dangerous but it is certainly distress for men of all age, especially for the adolescent.

In most cases, gynecomastia cases in adolescent are not due to obesity but hormonal imbalance. This is something that is beyond their control and the best thing to do is simply waiting. The situation will correct itself within 2 to 3 years.

I won’t go into detail about the causes of gynecomastia as i have already done it in the previous post, the important thing to remember here is that it is important that you do not try to self diagnose! You already know you have a problem i’m sure but you are not a doctor and neither am I. Gynecomastia can be the sign of a more important underlying cause, so you better be informed. Talk to your doctor!!!

Treatment of Gynecomastia can be different depending on the causes. The treatment could be:

• To Stop taking medications that can cause gynecomastia
• To start medication that can help (tamoxifen, clomiphene etc…)
• Try Aromatase inhibitor
• Radiation therapy (used for patient with prostate cancer)
• And more…

The only reason i would recommend you go for surgery is that you are certain that you are suffering from the first type of gynecomastia. Make sure you have tried every possible way to get rid of this condition first.

Type 2: PseudoGynecomastia or False Gynecomastia

Now here comes the good news for most of us.

This is the type of gynecomastia i had and the one you probably have. Most men suffer from this type of gynecomastia!

Pseudogynecomastia is defined as a deposit of excess fat in the pectoral area.

The Good News? It can be treated

Ok so now you know the difference between the two types of gynecomastia, next we will start to demistify various myths surrounding this condition and how you can get rid of it.

Causes of Gynecomastia

Gynecomastia can occur at or before puberty and with aging, in many cases the condition as no clear causes meaning it is idiopathic. Below are some of the potential causes:

• Medication (including hormones)
• increased serum estrogen
• Lack of testosterone production (often the case during puberty)
• Problems with your androgen receptors
• Chronic diseases (kidney, liver, hiv and more)

In post-adolescent adults medication is responsible for 10-20% of all gynecomastia cases. Medication like:

• Cimetidine
• Omeprazole
• Spironolactone
• Imatinib
• Mesylate
• Finasteride
• and certain antipsychotics

In some cases the use of “performance enhancing food supplement” can often be responsible to boost the estrogen activity in the body breaking the balance between estrogen and testosterone, which can results in the enlargement of the breast.People suffering from prostate cancer can develop gynecomastia due to the use of medication like antiandrogens and GnRH analogs.

Although this is still debated in the medical world some believe that the use of marijuana can also be a possible cause.

Other common causes of gynecomastia are Obesity and stress.

Most of theses causes can be identified by your physician, in some cases imaging by X-rays or ultrasound is required to confirm the diagnosis. Blood tests may be necessary to identify any possible underlying diseases that may be responsible for gynecomastia.
